Job Title: HR Clerk
Summary and Purpose of Role: Human resource clerks, also called human resource assistants, help compile and maintain employee records for a company or organization. Assistants typically aid with the daily administrative operations of the human resource department and interact with employees, management and other business associates.
Areas of Responsibility Include:
Job Role Responsibilities:
Handle day-to-day HR operations
Responsible for employment process from hiring to redundancy
Preparation of vacation, sick leave & promotion documents
Addendums & contracts preparation
Documents processing
External letters preparation
Receives and tracks employment applications
Preparing new employee files
Overseeing the completion of compensation and benefit documentation
Maintaining current HR files and databases
Performing file audits to ensure that all required employee documentation is collected and maintained
Position Qualification
Knowledge
Work experience as an HR Clerk, HR Officer or similar junior role in HR
Basic knowledge of labor legislation
Hands-on experience with MS Office
Solid organizational and time-management skills
BSc in Human Resources or relevant field

Possess excellent interpersonal, communication, and analytical skills
Strong communication and conflict resolution skills
Good analyze skills
