Job Description:
Work with e-gov (electronic government portal) system
Manage the recruitment and selection process
Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics and procedures across the organization
Employment contracts preparation, obligatory HR documentation;
Payroll and rewarding
Compensation and benefits
Training and development programs
Talent acquisition including assessment center
Talent management/performance management
Succession planning
HR digitalization
Registration of employment contracts, labor books, internal orders and other HR related documents;
Registration of employees’ working time and overtime;
Employees’ vacation balance and terms of vacation utilization;
Business trip documentation;
Employment termination documents;
Identification of violations and inconsistencies of the Company’s activity with local employment laws;
Identification of mandatory HR documents absent with the Company.
Adaption of the current employment contract templates to employment laws of Azerbaijan;
Establishing the record keeping system in accordance with local legislation;
Adaption of the current templates of orders to an employment laws of Azerbaijan;
Conduct interviews with candidates and prepare all the necessary materials for posting positions;
Preparation of other missing documents and samples
Support during Labor Inspection
Requirements
Proven working experience +5 years as HR manager or other HR executive
BS/MS degree in a related field, MS preferred
Demonstrable experience with human resources metrics
Knowledge of HR systems and databases
In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
Skills:
People oriented and results driven
Fluent English, Azeri and Russian
