Role Synopsis:
CAPEX Coordinator is responsible for execution of all activities to ensure the quality, schedule and cost at the assigned projects.
Key Accountabilities:
- Attending site and office meeting with subcontractors, operators, investors, and other stakeholders
- Maintaining an appropriate communication among all stakeholders which work on the project
- Witnessing of testing and commissioning works at the assigned projects
- Update work schedules of ongoing construction projects regularly
- Update progress payment plans of ongoing construction projects regularly
- Monitoring the projects’ budget and preparing the financial reports
- Preparing change requests (CR), nonconformance’s requests (NCR) accordingly
- Ensuring procedures and processes are cost efficient
- Perform or review analysis of changes to determine their impacts on cost, schedule, and quality
- Preparing Ad-hoc reports for senior management
- Representing the company in front of the stakeholders, local institutes, authorities
Desired background:
- MBA degree is preferable
- Project Management Professional (PMP) Credential is a plus
- Good knowledge of international standards such as NFPA, BS, IBC, ASME, ISO, IEC, BOMA, RICS etc.
- Good organizing skills, team management skills, communication and interpersonal skills, flexible, work ethics, attention to detail and reliable
Required skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, architecture, business management, or related faculties
- Good planning skills
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in construction or real estate, hospitality sectors
- Proficiency in English and Russian language
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Proficiency in Project Management tools such as Primavera, MS Projects
- Good knowledge of AutoCAD
- Business/financial management expertise
- Good presentation skills.
