How can you influence the company’s development?

• Lead our new branch
• Execute our launch plan and optimise it, based on local needs, opportunities and regulations
• Oversee and find cost-effective ways to improve the budget spending
• Prepare and execute launch
• Create a strategy on how to attract car fleets and private drivers and adapt it based on local specifications and insights 
• Find cost-effective ways to boost our drivers base and loyalty
• Build and manage a new team
• Run app tests on Baku’s market
• Grow the Uklon brand - represent us in the local community and media
• Advise and closely collaborate with HQ teams such as Product, Legal or Marketing to develop and execute key initiatives
• Oversee and optimise the budget spending and make sure that it is used effectively
• Participate in strategy development
• Work daily on improvements to the current strategies 
• Solve a mix of daily problems as well as set up a long-term strategy for each of the markets

Half-a-year challenges: 

• Launch the business from scratch
• Building business processes 
• Track KPI
• Development of a business development strategy for the following years 

To achieve the results, you need:

• 3+ years of Expansion / Operations management experience;
• Successful experience running operations, bizdev deals;
• Experience with achieving big results with small teams;
• A business-oriented attitude, goal-oriented;
• An analytical thinker who loves to solve problems;
• A jack of many trades who feels comfortable doing anything from hiring to support to product discussions;
• Easily network with people of all backgrounds
• Upper-intermediate level of English

Preferred skills: 

• Experience in sharing economy, tech business, transport industry, startup or dynamic high-growth company
• Experience in product launches or running a business

What are the terms of cooperation?

• 8-hour working day, from 09 to 18
• cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Azerbaijan
