How can you influence the company’s development?

  • keep a record of the documents related to Vendors, Subcontractors, and Clients, including but not limited to invoices and relevant supporting documents
  • AP/AR – review, preparation and issuance of invoices, act of acceptances and other related documents
  • maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions
  • participating in the reconciliation of General Ledger accounts
  • monitoring of payments in the system. Drafting all payments and preparing reconciliation acts with vendors and clients on a monthly/annual basis
  • recording of all daily transactions in accounting software (in 1C 8.3)
  • check balances and investigate the differences (in 1C 8.3)

To achieve the results, you need:

  • bachelor's degree in Accounting/Economics/Finance
  • 1,5+ years of experience in the related field
  • solid understanding of basic accounting principles
  • appropriate handling of sensitive information
  • high level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • time management and ability to meet the deadlines
  • good knowledge of 1C
  • general knowledge of Azerbaijan Tax regulations
  • fluent in Azerbaijani, English - upper-intermediate, Russian - on a high level will be a plus
  • good knowledge of MS Office, Excel

3 months challenges:

  • assistance in maintaining accurate and up to date records of all financial transactions
  • to organize issuance of invoices/act of acceptances/e-qaime in a timely manner
  • correspondence with other departments of the company for the timely issuance of supporting documents required for accounting purposes
  • participating in month/year closing process

What are the terms of cooperation?

  • 8-hour working day, from 09 to 18, flexible working format (first months from the office)
  • cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Azerbaijan
