How can you influence the company’s development?

• lead the brand development related pillars for Uklon across strategy and execution
• drive product marketing agenda with the aim to introduce product to the both customers groups
• growing brand awareness, favorability and consideration for Uklon in a high growth environment via appealing brand campaigns
• execution fully integrated campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams on both strategic planning and execution
• handle the relationship with agency partners for content & connection incl. being responsible for the budget planning and execution process
• work with research and analytics for measuring the incremental impact of campaigns to increase the impact of future marketing investments
• build strong relationships with different stakeholders in/outside the company

Half-a-year challenges: 

• together with HQ team finalize pre-launch preparations
• launch phase execution in Baku
• design local approach to marketing communications including: community management; social media marketing; direct AD channel marketing 
• develop annual marketing plan for 2023 in accordance to company business goals 
• to reach brand goals in accordance to metrics funnel: BA, UBA; TOM; Preference
• to reach market share goals

To achieve the results, you need:

• brand/communication work experience 4+ years
• team management experience 1+ years
• understanding of key marketing metrics measurement process
• strong communication and planning skills 
• strong background in 360 campaigns - planning, management and measurement.
• Upper-intermediate level of English, Russian and Azerbaijani languages

What are the terms of cooperation?

• 8-hour working day, from 09 to 18
• cooperation in accordance with the legislation of Azerbaijan
