Job Responsibilities:

- Development and implementation of annual Internal & external communication plan;
- Planning and coordination of engagement projects;
- Planning, promoting, and overseeing concept and logistics for events such as site-wide celebrations: holidays, management events, employee recognition, wellness activities, employee contests, etc.;
- Responsible for all engagement-related communication activities to employees;
- Responsible for External Communication projects i.e. Social Media projects, cooperation with Governmental Institutions (Labor and Education Ministries) related to Labor Market attraction;
- Responsible for companywide projects communication planning and implementation;
- Responsible for Crisis Communication related to employer image;
- Responsible for Employee Engagement Survey & follow up: drive participation, assist and support action plans;
- Ensure that Company Policies and Standard Operating Procedures are adhered to and followed at all times.

Required qualifications:

- 3+ years pf experience as a senior specialist in corporate communication and PR function;
- Experience in Communication Strategy design and implementation;
- Well established relationships with local Mass Media representatives;
- Events Management skills;
- SMM skills;
- Native Azerbaijani, Advanced English knowledge;
- Knowledge of MS office programs: Outlook, Power point, Word, Excel; Design software is an advantage;
- Ability of project coordination;
- Good people orientation and communication skills;
- Analytical and problem solving capabilities;
- Multitasking ability;
- Time management skills;
- Teamwork skills;
- Emotional intelligence;
