ACTIVITIES / ACCOUNTABILITIES

- Develop and maintain Project Register, follow up mitigation plans and risk status
- Review, validate Contractor(s) weekly and monthly reports
- Prepare Project internal/external weekly and monthly reports.
- Follow up project Calendar and make sure project reporting deadlines are respected.
- Assist Project Planning Team for Schedule Risk Analysis when required.
- Assist Project Controls Team for Project Overall Schedule update, progress validation.

HSE RESPONSIBILITIES

- Comply with the activities described within the HSE Management System
- Take reasonable care of own Health and Safety and that of Others who may be affected by their acts at work
- Know responsibilities to environmental issues in the work areas
- Each employee, at his level of responsibility, must observe all Company Rules, Procedures and instructions in the performance of his own task.

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE

- Engineering degree / qualification is desirable.
- Minimum 10 year experience of O&G with minimum 5 year as Client Planning Engineer, desirably in offshore HU, Pre-Comm and Comm scopes.
- Professional P6 user, experience in SRA.
- Strong communication skills in a multidiscipline environment.
- Fluent in English and Azerbaijani languages, Russian language recommended.
- Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment and used to communication with international technical staff and experts
