Job Title: Recruitment Specialist

Areas of Responsibility Include:

Job Role Responsibilities:

 Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs
 Screening resumes
 Performing in-person and phone interviews with candidates
 Administering appropriate company assessments
 Performing reference and background checks
 Making recommendations to company hiring managers
 Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
 Following up on the interview process status
 Maintaining relationships with both internal and external clients to ensure staffing goals are achieved
 Communicating employer information and benefits during screening process
 Staying current on the company’s organization structure, personnel policy, and federal and state laws regarding employment practices
 Serving as a liaison with area employment agencies, colleges, and industry associations
 Completing timely reports on employment activity
 Conducting exit interviews on terminating employees

Position Qualification

Education

 BS/MS in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Social Sciences

Requirements

 Proven experience as a Recruiter (either an in-house recruiter or a staffing agency recruiter)
 Solid ability to conduct different types of interviews (structured, competency based, stress etc.)
 Ability to organize skills assessment centers (in tray activities, work samples, psychometric and IQ/EQ tests, etc.)
 Familiarity with HR Databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) etc.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
 Strong decision-making skills
 Critical thinking and analytical skillset
 Proficient Microsoft Office skills
 Record of flexibility and learning agility
 Demonstrates creative problem-solving skills
 Time management and multitasking
 Decision making ability
 Ability to manage multiple priorities
 Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English.
