Job Title: Lost Prevention Specialist

Summary and Purpose of Role:

The Lost Prevention Specialist oversees the lost control operations and lost prevention planning process for assigned accounts.

Job Role Responsibilities:

 Analysis of inventories conducted in stores - investigation of loses and surplus of goods
 Check the stores based on the Lost Prevention check List (anti-theft systems, security, CCTV, etc.)
 Check of goods in stores on the date of expiry (randomly)
 Recalculation of cash registers and Back Offices in shops
 Analysis of daily cash transactions based on daily reports sent by Store Back Office
 Check receiving procedure in stores
 Check wastage procedure in stores
 Providing weekly mini inventories in stores (based on top most stolen goods)
 Analysis of the results of mini-inventories and take actions to prevent further loses
 Researches, analyzes and prepares various reports, analysis and studies as directed by Lost Prevention Manager.
 Supervising of subordinated staff
 Responsible for all LP related SOPs to be followed and to be complied

Position Qualification Knowledge

 Bachelor's degree and 3 years experience in safety and lost control required.
 Must have valid driver's license and dependable automobile transportation available
 Required to survey client properties; entails negotiating non-public access areas, climbing, lifting, sitting, standing and walking.
 Business acumen
 Strong analytical skills
