Summary and Purpose of Role

- We are currently seeking a Receptionist.
- This position requires an energetic, self-motivated and well-organized person.
- The Receptionist is responsible for serves visitors by greeting, welcoming and directing them appropriately.

Job Role Responsibilities:

 Welcomes visitors by greeting them, in person or on the telephone
 Answering the switchboard, screening and forwarding incoming phone calls.
 Answering or referring inquiries from external
 Directs visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions.
 Maintains safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
 Maintains continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.
 Receiving and sorting daily mail/deliveries/couriers
 Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Position Qualification

NOTES Knowledge

 1 year related work experience required
 Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills
 Ability to perform comfortably in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented work environment
 Ability to work as a team member, as well as independently

Skill

 Excellent knowledge of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages
 Proven interpersonal, verbal and written communications skills
 Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office products
