Areas of Responsibility Include:
Job Role Responsibilities:
Support with all day-to-day tasks, including handling and registration of documentation and correspondence.
Preparation of letters, presentations and other relevant documentations.
Organization and arrangement of meetings, including minute’s preparation.
Execution and follow up of different tasks, including liaison with customers, suppliers and local authorities.
Ad-hoc assistance with business administration.
Position Qualification
Experience in a support staff role minimum 2 years
Advanced knowledge of MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook is required.
Proven time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work well under pressure with rapidly changing priorities.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple requests.
Strong research, analytical and problem solving skills.
Ability to use resources efficiently and effectively.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to communicate effectively with clients and all staff types, and must be able to interact effectively in a service-oriented environment.
