Job Title: Document Control Specialist
Summary and Purpose of Role:
The Document Control Specialist will be working in a fast-paced, interdisciplinary team that will demand exceptional support, thoroughness and attention to detail, excellent verbal and written communication skills, strong execution and organizational skills, and the ability to work independently and in teams. Responsible for providing support in the control and maintenance of all controlled documents and the documentation archives. Maintain master copies of documents and assist in storing documents by scanning and other methods for archiving materials. The incumbent actively supports and complies with all corporate policies and procedures.
Areas of Responsibility Include:
Job Role Responsibilities:
Provide support in the management of all controlled documents, including: revising,
Creating, formatting, uploading, maintenance and changes of documents, templates, forms, logs, etc.
Review and critique document changes made in accordance with document and
change control SOPs and other SOPs as may be applicable for adherence to the Quality System.
Secure and control document m
aster files, redlines and obsolete files to maintain Traceability and prevent misuse. Retain master copies of documentation. Ensure Current revisions are available at points of use. Provide guidance to document Initiators in document formatting according to the templates.
Manage timeliness of document approval.
Manage Quality department training records. Send training notifications.
Train personnel in the documentation process in accordance with quality-related policies and procedures.
Communicate effectively and professionally with both internal and external Customers.
Position Qualification
Knowledge
Technical skills in project controls and 4 to 6 years’ experience in construction engineering
Bachelor degree or equivalent.
A highly motivated individual with entrepreneurial approach.
Possess an extremely friendly, enthusiastic and outgoing personality, with ability to openly communicate and work with all types of individuals and personalities.
Ability to develop right working process
Required Skill
Associates degree in business or related field
2+ years of experience in document control, quality records management
Excellent Verbal and Written Communication, (Azerbaijani, English and Russian) including spelling, grammar, and editing skills
Strong Interpersonal Skills
Strong Computer Software Skills (Word, Excel)
