L.T.D ,,Element Constructions” is pleased to announce the opening for the following full time position:

Position Title: Project Manager

Duty station: Tbilisi

Age: 30- 45

Duties and responsibilities:

• Controlling and monitoring project daily goals and managing project documentation;
•  Drawing up project plans;
• Estimating timelines for the main tasks of the project;
• Drawing up the budget of the project;
• Maintaining project plans; updating and tracking progress against the baseline and manage the timely delivery of the projects;
• Where necessary, liaising with third party suppliers to ensure successful delivery of external products;
• Negotiating with all sides involved in project;
•  Measuring risks involved in the project;
• Weekly status reporting
• Meeting agreed deadlines and adhering to project time scales
• Managing the  subordinated staff members (ability to find appropriate staff members necessary for the project in case of need)
• Directing and motivating the project team as appropriate.

Qualifications and requirements:

• At least 3-5 years working experience on project managers position (experience in Construction business will be advantage)
• Higher education in  appropriate field (Master’s degree will be advantage)
• Excellent knowledge of English language
• Excellent knowledge of MS office ( + MS primavera)

Salary: commensurate with qualifications and experience.
