Position Title: Construction  Manager

Duty station: Tbilisi

Duties and responsibilities:

• Planning and monitoring  daily goals of  construction on site;
• Controlling the quality of work performed;
• Managing the timely delivery of the projects;
• Weekly status reporting;
• Meeting agreed deadlines and adhering to project time scales
• Managing the  subordinated staff members 

Qualifications and requirements:

• At least 3-5 years working experience on Construcioon managers position (experience in Construction business will be advantage)
• Higher education in  appropriate field
• Excellent knowledge of English/Russian languages
• Excellent knowledge of MS office

Skills and abilities:

• Excellent managerial skills
• Excellent analytical skills,
• Excellent communication skills: oral, written, presentation
• Creative problem solving skills;
• Excellent time management skills;
• Ability to handle various tasks simultaneously;
• Team Player;
• Ability to work under pressure.

Salary: commensurate with qualifications and experience.
