Requirements:

• Successful candidates shall have minimum 2 years proven track record in FREIGHT FORWARDING field
• Fluent English, Russian and Azerbaijani language
• Good knowledge of MS office applications 

Responsibilities:

• Communicate effectively by liaising with clients, couriers and other operational departments.
• Responsible for monitoring deliveries and expedite customer orders
• Ensuring customer satisfaction and maintaining accurate logs of all transportation and goods.
• Must be able to work as part of a team in a fast paced and pressured environment
• Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management
