Civil Project Delivery Director

Responsibilities:

• Manage project delivery, budgets, schedules and quality, and design team;
• Manage contract specifications, tender documents, and applications for approvals, etc.;
• Oversee and manage construction phases of projects to ensure works are completed in accordance with the contract documents, on time and budget;
• Ensure project work is undertaken is accordance with corporate health and safety policies and quality management systems;
• Prepare scopes of work and fee proposals for land development projects;
• Maintain client relationships;

Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

• 5-7+ years’ experience in Civil  Construction
• Bachelor Degree in Civil Construction
• Proven track record of successful project management
• Strong technical capabilities in civil design
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Knowledge of local code, development processes, and utility regulation
• Must have ability to travel to clients and willing to attend meetings

Other Skills and competencies:

• Must have proven leadership ability, communications skills, interpersonal skills and sound judgment.
• Must be able to develop strong relationships and accounts with clients. 
• A creative thinker and excellent organizer.
• Excellent Oral and written skill in English and Turkish
