About Caspian Coast Winery & Vineyards
Member of Synergy Group “Caspian Coast Winery & Vineyards” LLC is looking for experienced professionals aiming to build a successful career and be a part of a Professional Team with lots of opportunities. Caspian Coast Winery & Vineyards - the plant produces 21 brands of high quality wines and 3 brands of cognac. Caspian Coast Winery is known with the finest and authentic Azerbaijani wine brands Matrasa and Bayan Shira. Other brand names include Hamya, Shani, Four Seasons, Cabernet-Sauvignon, Rkatsiteli and etc.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas for regions and territories; projecting expected sales volume and profit for existing and new products.
• Manage the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, and advising senior management on maximizing business relationships and creating an environment where customer service can flourish.
• Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies; analyzing trends and results.
• Responsible for development of a business plan covering sales, revenue, and expense controls, meeting agreed targets, and promoting the organization’s presence throughout Azerbaijan Republic.
• Develop the annual marketing plan, specifically advising on: realistic forecasts for each product and territory (based on historical data, market trends, competitive activity, promotional strategy and sales effort), realistic costs of operating the sales force; and sales promotion program plans.
• Prepare budgets and approve budget expenditures.
• Represent company at trade association meetings to promote products.
• Prepare and execute promotional campaigns.
• Maintain good relationship with the public media including local advertising firms and national magazines and e-newspapers.
• Direct foreign sales and service outlets of an organization.

Requirements:
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in Sales field and FMCG sector; preferably winery sector.
• University Degree;
• Excellent knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian languages;
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft applications;
• Exceptional communications and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to motivate others and inspire them to work with dedication;
• Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements;
• Experience in writing media releases, articles and externally focused communications for a range of audiences;
• Strong analytical skills and logical thought processes, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues/problems;
• Willing to travel to the regions of Azerbaijan and abroad.
