Job responsibilities:

• Collaborate with team members to monitor asset disposal and movements.
• Track the compilation of project costs into fixed asset accounts, and close out those accounts once the related projects have been completed.
• Conduct analyses related to fixed assets & stock. 
• Provide general control over sub-warehouses balances.
• Assist in process of Physical Inventory Counts
• Develop analysis tools to enhance review of changes to part cost, purchase price variance, to ensure accurate financial reporting of inventory.
• Preparing inventory analysis reports and analyzing variances.
• Tracking of contract terms of Merchandise suppliers to the system.
• Providing import cost analysis file for reporting period.
• Submission of Price cut file for reporting period.
• Submission of cost mark-up & down analysis for reporting period.

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or any other relevant field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Finance.
• General knowledge of finance, accounting, and international standards.
• ACCA F3 is required; other international certificates are an advantage.
• Familiarity with accounting software and programs.
• Ability to think critically and analytically to proactively solve problems.
• Proficient use of Microsoft Office programs, specifically spreadsheet proficiency (pivot tables, formulas, charts).
• To have financial reporting understanding.
• Ability to meet a constant stream of deadlines.
• Proven ability to work both independently and collaboratively with different levels of employees.
• Good team player.
• Details-oriented.
