Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to drive sales and increase brand awareness both online and offline.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our customer base in the cranes, machinery, and water treatment systems industries.
  • Maintain and strengthen existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement marketing campaigns across various channels, including social media, email, and search engines.
  • Analyze sales data and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Attend industry events to network and stay up-to-date on industry trends and competition in the cranes, machinery, and water treatment systems industries.
  • Organize meetings and exhibitions both locally and internationally.
  • Provide excellent customer service to ensure customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in sales and marketing with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Proficiency in the English, Russian, and Azerbaijani languages is a prerequisite for the desired candidate.
  • Experience with online marketing, including social media, email marketing, and search engine optimization (SEO).
  • Must be available and willing to travel abroad if necessary.

Working conditions and hours:

  • The work schedule is 9:00 am to 6:00 pm, five days a week, with Saturday and Sunday off.
  • National and official holidays are day off
  • The position may require occasional travel both domestically and internationally.

Compensation:

  • The compensation package for this position includes a fixed salary of 1000 AZN plus project-based bonuses based on performance and personal qualifications.
