What are expected from the candidate:

• Manage organic and paid social media for all Saffron Group brands, including content creation, copywriting;
• Organize photoshoots based on upcoming promotions;
• Prepare paid social budget and social responding per brand;
• Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns overall performance;
• Oversee and manage all contests, giveaways, and other digital projects;
• Oversee all aspects of Saffron Group marketing department including our marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns;
• Write and disseminate marketing communications to restaurants;
• Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting hospitality/restaurant industry;
• Work closely with the team to brainstorm new and innovative marketing strategies;
• Evaluate important metrics that affect our website traffic, service quotas, and target audience;
• Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and administration of all company websites;
• Assist marketing team as needed.

What qualifications the candidate need to possess:

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in similar role;
• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or related field;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Proven experience developing marketing plans and campaigns;
• Proficiency with online marketing and social media strategy;
• Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills;
• Highly creative with excellent analytical abilities;
• Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages are mandatory.
