EnerMech’s Cranes & Lifting division offers a professional and competitive service in all areas of offshore crane and lifting operations. We provide specialist services in the operation, inspection and maintenance of cranes & associated lifting equipment, and lifting related equipment, as well as design, engineering and management of onshore & offshore crane projects.

At the moment Enermech Baku is looking to recruit the Contract Admin Support.

Job responsibilities:

• Management of the Offshore based personnel, where applicable.
• Review and check all operational timesheets for accuracy against contract.
• Provide to Accounts monthly timesheet summary against each man against contract charges.
• Provide to Accounts monthly summary of overtime hours generated by operations.
• Review and check proposals raised by Crane engineering department prior to submission to account for review
• Provide payroll support for monthly payroll including recording absences, sickness, holidays and any additional hours or days
• Provide HR & Accounts with Expat monthly travel information, number of days in country.
• Liaise with HR on the issuing  of employment contracts and the recruitment of permanent personnel

Operational Training support

• Control standard training requirements for all operational staff.
• Provide client logistics department with all necessary certifications such as training, medical certificates and changes to personal information as required
• Operational and Base travel control purchasing
• Provide Travel provider with passenger profile and communicate with TP to ensure most cost effective travel route is used.
• Include passenger profile within Ops Personnel overview sheet.
• Raise purchase quotes & orders within Navision for any travel, accommodation, ad hoc personnel, medical or training services.
• Each travel, accommodation activity to be covered by a single purchase order. PO to be entered into Ops Personnel overview sheet.

Required Experience:

• Must be able to speak clearly in Azeri, Russian and English and deliver material accurately with Job knowledge and experience
• 3 years experience in a similar position
• Ability to work under tight deadlines
• Ability to be firm and fair with offshore employees in terms of what they are eligible for under their contracts of employment
• Be able to respond to rapid changes in circumstances
• Ability to develop and improve processes and work activity
• Good organization skills
• Good written and oral communications skills
• Ability to interface with other departments in an effective manner
