Job Requirements:

• Master's degree in a related field preferred;
• 3-5 year work experience as a procurement specialist in the same area required;
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), 1C;
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English ;

Job Responsibilities:

• Accountable for the strategic direction and leadership of multidisciplinary product teams to continuously improve products and platforms so that they meet user needs.
• To ensure resources are used in an optimal manner and the marketing team does not exceed agreed expenditure budgets
• Develop detailed sourcing and category plans to maximize effectiveness and efficiency;
• Select the most suitable suppliers in terms of reliability, product quality, and cost-efficiency;
• To manage through the marketing/product management team the MPH, marketing/annual operating planning process.;
• Follow up potential suppliers during preparation phase of tenders and guarantee necessary secrecy during tendering phase;
• Ensure the accurate completion of all procurement requests to include the proper documentation of materials and cost expenditures;
• Manage the prioritisation of product development to ensure that the products remain reliable, robust and secure, whilst also continuously improving

Terms and conditions:

• Five-days working week;
• ₼ 1500 plus annual bonus;
