AMEC is a major Engineering and Construction Company involved in Oil and Gas Projects in Azerbaijan is looking for Civil Supervisor.

The successful candidates should have:

• Degree in Civil Engineering
• Minimum 5 years experience in lead civil/senior civil engineering position
• Read and Interpret drawings and layouts
• Understand specifications
• Identify materials against specifications
• Strong safety leadership qualities
• Good trade and industry knowledge
• Good Trades leadership qualities
• Extensive experience in civil works on the Thermal Power Plants

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:

• Provide input to the weekly and monthly internal civil progress report.
• Supervise and co-ordinate Civils discipline team
• Display safety leadership at all times
• Manage resources
• Maintain records
• Ensure all systems are built as detailed in construction workpacks
• Manage job cards and report accurate progress
• Work the plan
• Manage certification documentation
• Conduct toolbox talks with the team
• Input into certification and GOC
• Red line drawings to as-built status
