Job Responsibilities:

• Work closely together with internal teams to innovate and improve our social media strategies.
• Plan content and schedule posts for our social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and YouTube.
• Plan, manage and report on our KPIs including engagement, click through rate and followers.
• Engage with our customers through our platforms and always represent our brand in a positive and friendly manner.
• Understand our brand, vision and values and communicate these through visuals and storytelling.
• Support in creating truly engaging and innovative content that is effective in growing followers and engagement while being consistent with our company positioning.
• Develop marketing campaigns to increase visibility of the restaurant, define the target market and determine advertising placement
• Design print advertisements and promotions
• Work with vendors for promotional items
• Organize contests to boost sales
• New product development & promotional programs
• Promote guest satisfaction for steady repeat business

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree, preferable in business administration or in related field.
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English language is intermediate.
• Working with Excel independently
• Rigorous commitment to accuracy and detail.
• Excellent time management skills.
• Good analytical skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Restaurant will be your office and you will work closely with customers and staff. Dinner and americano coffee provided by the company
