Your daily adventures will include:

Support all Bolt's Food Delivery operations in the city.
Efficiently executing processes. Efficiency is our priority; you will help us find the most efficient way to run operations. You’ll work in registering new couriers, verifying documentation, checking eligibility of applicants, and other processes at scale.
Analyse key operational metrics. Utilisation rate, rejected orders, online hours, delivery time - these and other metrics define success of our marketplace business. You will be looking for ways to improve these metrics by analyzing the thousands of data points we have.
Ensure we maintain a high service quality. You’ll enforce our quality standards, ensuring our couriers keep the highest service standards to our customers.
Helping our couriers and fleets with incoming issues. We need to ensure our couriers and fleets are happy collaborating with us, you’ll be responsible for handling incoming issues to ensure we keep them engaged.

We are looking for:

Recent graduate or pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, operations, or related field.
Some relevant experience (internships included) in a role that required you to work with numbers and metrics that needed to be tracked and improved.
You are an analytical thinker who loves to solve problems (strong Excel skills are a plus).
Be super resilient, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day.
You are organised. You deliver stuff on time & handle stress well.
Amazing communication skills in English & Azerbaijani.
