Job requirements:
• University degree in Finance or Accounting;
• Solid knowledge of finance;
• Intermediate English language;
• Profound knowledge of Microsoft office software (Excel, Word, Power Point)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Detail oriented and ability to multi-task;
• Easily adaptive and self organized;
• Good analytical and mathematical skills;
• Experience within a large corporation preferably in Big 4;
• Approximately 1 year of relevant work experience.
Job responsibilities:
• Examines and evaluates purpose and content of business reports to develop new, or improve existing format;
• Develops and implements various reports to alleviate the problems and improve the business operations;
• Initiates and develops gathering of documents (like loan/mortgage agreements, insurance papers, payment schedules and etc.) from Loan Administrators for designing portfolio for company investors;
• Reviews reports to determine basic characteristics, such as origin and report flow, format, frequency, distribution and purpose or function of report;
• Consults with persons originating, handling, processing, or receiving reports to identify problems and gather suggestions for improvements;
• Evaluates findings, using knowledge of workflow, operating practices;
• Recommends establishment of new or modified reporting methods and procedures to improve report content and completeness of information;
• Builds, designs reporting solutions based on existing and new requirements, models and prototypes;
• Develops programs to retrieve and analyze data for projects, programs, or reports requiring sophisticated techniques;
• Performs other data reporting related duties as required by management;
