Main duties:

  • Responsible for all in-store visual merchandising aspects involved in the various brand and retail channels, create floor sets, podium, window and mannequins directives
  • Highlight and showcase all key product initiatives to drive traffic and increase sales
  • Creating appealing and eye-catching visual displays that lead the customer through the entire store
  • Change displays to promote new product launches and reflect festive or seasonal themes
  • Develop and maintain visual presentation standards guides/videos

  • Ensure Brand guidelines are well established in each store, monitor Retail team performance in maintaining VM guidelines
  • Attend trainings, events, fairs and exhibitions provided by Brand partners to remain up-to-date with the latest inovations and market’s trends
  • Conduct research on current and future trends in design and lifestyle, and associated target market features
  • Weekly/monthly reports as per department's requirements
  • Responsible for VM related points in marketing activties like video, photoshoot, styling, etc
  • Develop merchandising strategies based on the physical inventory of the stores, alter the floor plan based on the new deliveries, what is selling well, what is on sale, and what is in season.
  • Participate in meetings with other departments within the store to determine areas to be addressed and improved upon
  • Responsible for all in-store VM materials, fixtures, mannequins distribution, placement, maintenance
  • Ensure replenishment of fast-selling items
  • Organize and adjust lighting systems to enhance visual elements
  • Guide sales associates through a training program that goes over the company’s visual standards
  • Build strong partnerships and communication with key cross functional teams across the stores

Requirements:

  • 3 years of visual merchandising experience;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, Excel);
  • Strong presentation skills and able to articulate ideas;
  • The ability to interpret visual merchandising presentations and relate it back to the store environment and adapt to different store designs and architecture;
  • Strong attention to details, e.g., standards, marketing, lighting, fixturing, windows;
  • The ability to be creative and inspire others;
  • Awareness of fashion trends and the ability to interpret them back into visual merchandising;
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
