 EnerMech’s Cranes & Lifting division offers a professional and competitive service in all areas of offshore crane and lifting operations. We provide specialist services in the operation, inspection and maintenance of cranes & associated lifting equipment, and lifting related equipment, as well as design, engineering and management of onshore & offshore crane projects.

 At the moment Enermech Baku is looking to recruit the Hose Technician.

Job responsibilities:

·Visually inspect customer’s hoses and fittings whilst in situ in line with the company’s inspection procedures.

·Identify hose types, fittings and condition, in line with procedures.

·Tag and register hoses.

·Completion of hose registers & reports accurately and on a timely basis.

·Recommending possible solutions to problems identified with the customer hoses, applications or operating procedures and carry out remedial actions when appropriate.

·Identification and use of appropriate fittings for specified hoses, as per customer specification.

·Hose assembly and pressure testing

·Above tasks maybe required at client locations on client equipment using clients cert systems

·Ensuring that work areas are maintained clean and hazard free at all times.

·Uphold the standards of the company and work inline with the company systems and objectives at all times

 Required Experience:

Preferred
 
·Recognized/formal training in above and associate hose & hydraulic fittings

·Experience in offshore service industry or similar environment
 
Essential
 
·Knowledge & experience in manufacture inspection & test of flexible hose assemblies

·Report writing skills

·Ability to use Microsoft office programmes to generate reports & registers
