Role: Fix-term (contract till the end of December 2022)

Employment type: out-staff.

We are looking for Intern for the JTI Marketing Team in Azerbaijan who is an enthusiastic, smart, active and a good team-player.

We are ready to review Graduates as well. 

Job Responsibilities:

• Support of the full cycle of document flow. Preparation and processing of general contracts, amendments, additional agreements, invoices, acts of acceptance and other documents;
• Proceed with effective communication with suppliers and stakeholders during all stages of activities from project initiation until payout;
• Proceed with orders for materials, goods, services etc.;
• Support for develop address programs and obtaining approvals for trade & consumer activation programs;
• Support for submission of CE, PR forms, Cash Equivalent Briefs with following approval collection;
• Support with preparation of Transfer/Return/Disposable Acts;
• Control of 1C Balance per Supplier;
• Engagement into Ad-Hoc Projects (like Uniform Order, Celebrations and so on);
• Control of invoicing process, to receive invoice & supporting documents, to check it and submit to Finance Department for payment;
• Quality control of consumer activations by conducting post-communication selective calls and preparing a report;
• Manage SAP, ECAS transactions and basic 1C operations (logistics, warehouse processes);
• Support in the preparation of briefs and tasks for the initiation of tenders;
• Prepare marketing reports on monthly and weekly basis.

 Required Qualifications: 

• University Degree (marketing and finance are preferable);
• Fluent knowledge of Azerbaijani, English & Russian languages;
• Advanced user of MS (Word, Excel, Power Point);
• Critical thinker with analytical skills;
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills;
• Project management skills;
• Self-starter, fast-learner, self-organized and disciplined, open-minded, energetic, results oriented and flexible person.
