Responsibilities:
- Achieving growth and hitting sales targets by successfully managing the sales funnel
- Designing and implementing a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its strong presence
- Sales pipeline contribution and objectives set
- Establishing sales objectives by forecasting and developing monthly and annual sales quotas for the team and individual sales professionals;
- Overseeing the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with the team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly;
- Building and promoting strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
- Identifying emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status
- Present sales and revenue reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
Requirements:
- BS/MS degree in business administration or a related field
- Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
- Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars and conferences
- Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Strong business sense and industry expertise
- Knowledge/sales experience of IT, Cloud and related products
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs;
- Fluent Azeri, Russian and Good English
