General requirements:
- Minimum 3 years experience in procurement, spare parts and supply of transport, special purpose, road construction machinery and lifting equipment;
- Establishing and managing relationships with local and international suppliers in these areas;
- Preparation of technical and commercial proposals together with sales/rental departments;
- Organization of logistics, customs, warehousing and delivery of orders by providing operational control of the supply chain
Knowledge and skills:
- Minimum bachelor's degree in supply chain management, business organization, management and similar fields;
- Foreign language skills: professional written and spoken English and Russian;
- Cooperation with foreign suppliers and preparation of framework agreements;
- Knowledge of customs calculations, international commercial rules (Incoterms);
- Negotiation, communication and high presentation and networking skills;
- Market research, analysis-based requirements and goal setting skills;
- Coordination and relationship management of various and numerous vendors and stakeholders;
- Adhere to company values and corporate culture, ability to work in a team
- High social qualities
