Currently looking for a remote Recruitment Specialist based on the following criteria:
- Fluent in English,
- Strong communication skills,
- Analytical thinker,
- Ability to quickly grasp the logic of software/program,
- Ability to multitask,
- Ability to handle 5 to 10 vacancies at once,
- Detail-oriented,
- Result-oriented,
- Problem solver,
- Ability to take ownership and responsibility.
- 1+ years of Recruitment/HR experience is a plus.
You will:
- work under USA, Pacific Time (e.g. shifts start from 12 PM, 01 PM/other Baku time),
- work remotely,
- report directly to the head of HR and Organizational Development,
- use your PC/Laptop, Smartphone,
- need a strong internet connection.
