AMEC is a major Engineering and Construction Company involved in Oil and Gas Projects in Azerbaijan is looking for HR Coordinator (Temporary).
The successful candidates should have:
• Minimum 3-5 years experience in HR/Resourcing
• Have strong communication and interpersonal skills
The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:
• Work with project management team on resourcing needs/ progress, participate in relevant meetings
• Raise requisition in Kenexa - Amec internal resourcing system
• Post Job adverts through Kenexa tool
• Screen/ send CVs to appropriate managers
• Arrange interviews
• Collect and process management feedback on CVs/ Interviews assessment forms
• Kenexa administration
• Update CV tracking spreadsheet
• Collect/ file Interview assessment forms
• Prepare/ issue conditional offers
• Rejection notifications
• Provide reports on resourcing activities when required
