Job Title: Caucasus HR Business Partner
Location:  Baku, Azerbaijan

Day to day support to the Head of HR and Company functions to develop and implement key strategic HR objectives consistently across all functions in the Company in-line with regional HR strategy, policies and programs and reinforcing the Company vision and values.
To support building a winning environment in the organisation with effective recruitment, development and reward strategies to maximise business opportunity.

Principal Accountabilities

1. Coordinate recruitment activities in cooperation with the line managers involved and as per Co standards;
2. Work with recruitment agencies, outsourcing agencies - review and update terms and conditions of the cooperation;
3. Ensure preparation of Role profiles, Job offers, Employment Contracts, orders and other internal employment documents in an accurate, timely and efficient manner and in line with local regulation;
4. Work closely with line managers on all relevant employment/people processes in order to assure efficiency and effectiveness;
5. Participate in induction and orientation of new hires, both expatriates and local staff;
6. Ensure that HR policies and procedures are in line with Global BAT agenda and local legislation requirements and are communicated and implemented in the organization;
7. Provide advice on labour legislation to both employees and management;
8. Participate in/Coordinate Talent Reviews, Performance reviews, Annual Salary review processes;
9. Ensure preparation of monthly payroll; Responsible for implementation of Reward processes as per Area/Regional guidelines;
10. Take part in Management Trainee programme;
11. Assist and provide miscellaneous reports on staff headcount, staff turnover and other HR reports as needed;
12. Coordinate, organize and support the delivery of Training and Development activities for Caucasus;
Provide support to the Head of HR on other projects/tasks as required.

Knowledge, Skill & Experience
• Experienced in HR management, unlikely to have less than 2 years of HR experience;
• University degree
• Good organizational skills to effectively operate in a complex, multi-discipline organization;
• Ability to plan, organize workload and meet deadlines;
• Fluent English speaker;
• Good IT skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Sound knowledge of Azeri Labour Legislation; 
• Good understanding of people management issues;
• HR qualification would be an asset.
