Your responsibilities will include:
- Accountable for the production and delivery of a strategic marketing plan and budget, from awareness through to sales, meeting annual targets and delivering on year-on-year improvement in performance.
- Design, build and maintain our social media presence
- Develop a website traffic plan and create strategies to increase online traffic.
- Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns and acquisition’s overall performance.
- Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
Our requirements:
- Presentation skills, orientation towards innovation and digitalization, creativity is a plus
- Good planning and organization skills
- Well spoken and written English, preferable also Russian
- Demonstrated experience in developing marketing strategies and plans
- Experience in managing significant budgets
- Excellent problem-solving skills
