Caspian Investment and Development Corporation (“CIDC”) is embarking on a major project in the production of fast moving consumer goods and the production of raw materials to facilitate this strategy with the development of a new plant.
The Baku based state of the art manufacturing works requires the assembly of a project team with high skill, proven potential and the ability to drive the vision of CIDC.
We are currently looking for a Project Team Administrator to join our Company.
The duties will include:
• Prepare Agenda for Construction and Project Team meetings; distribute to the participants, prepare and install necessary equipment for presentations
• Control and Update meeting room schedule on a daily basis
• Participating at all Site Meetings
• Make minutes of meetings and distribute them on time
• Organize required information and/or material for Construction and Project Team
• Responsible for Project documents control, archiving and maintaining hard copies and soft copies
• Archiving received project documents in the Database
• Providing translation services to Project Team.
• Responsible for Agenda of construction and Project Team appointments
• Time keeping
• Preparing timesheets (controlling day offs, vacation, and sick live)
• Responsible for Visa, Tickets, Hotel and Transportation requirements
• Organizing all office items for Project Team
• Copy, fax and scan of documents for Project Team
• Updating and maintaining filling system
• If required serve quests and vendors with drinks
• Back up the reception during the lunch break and in case of absence
Requirements
• University Degree (Technical; Industrial or Business Administration)
• Minimum 2-3 years practical experience in Project Administration
• Fluent Azeri, Russian and English
• Excellent computer skills – MS Office
• Good communication skills
• Well motivated, energetic, self starter
