  • Provide general support to visitors
  • Review and approve office supply acquisitions
  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and bookings
  • Organize office operations and procedures
  • Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment
  • Manage contract and price negotiations with office vendors, service providers, and office lease
  • Manage executives' schedules, calendars, and appointments
  • Managing office budget
  • Preparing letters, presentations and reports

Knowledge/Experience/Competencies required:

  • Office work experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Good knowledge of Azeri, Russian and English
  • Computer skills, knowledge of Excel
  • Power Point Presentation making skills
