- Coordinate with IT department on all office equipment

- Manage executives' schedules, calendars, and appointments
- Managing office budget
- Preparing letters, presentations and reports
Knowledge/Experience/Competencies required:
- Office work experience
- Strong communication skills
- Good knowledge of Azeri, Russian and English
- Computer skills, knowledge of Excel
- Power Point Presentation making skills
