Duties/Functions:

• Supervise team members and provide them with direction they need to meet company and personal expectations
• Provide clients with superior services, products and guidance.
• Responsible for fitness or health club’s optimal operations and management.
• Responsible for leading and maintaining the day-to-day strategies and operations of their facilities.
• Maintain and increase Club revenue and profitability
• Monitor and control departmental expenses and payroll
• Approach all encounters with members, guests and employees in an attentive, friendly, courteous and service-oriented manner
•  Oversee spa and pool physical plant to ensure facilities and equipment are in proper condition and good working
• Monitor and maintain the cleanliness and orderliness of the entire Clubhouse facility
• Maintain knowledge and understanding of each service area and see that services are continually executed at the expected level and updated
• Participate in the development and oversee the implementation of the Club operating budget
• Ensure overall member satisfaction
• Ensure quarterly written maintenance inspections
• Enforce all club policies

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree diploma
• Three or more years of experience in a management position preferably in hospitality
• Depth knowledge of the following: food and beverage, resort/club operations, club maintenance and housekeeping
• Strong performance management skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Strong problem resolution skills.
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian languages
