Key responsibilities:

• Overseeing financial department employees, including financial  assistants, accountants and reporting specialists
• Knowledge of Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable and Tax Code  of Azerbaijan Republic
• Ability to conduct main financial reports (Cash Flow, Balance Sheet, Income Statement, etc.)
• Conduct monthly, quarterly and yearly book closings
• Responsible for budgeting
• Communication with Banks and other governmental institutions
• Approval of daily payments
• Approval of Purchase orders
• Track the company's financial performance to identify areas for potential improvement and cost optimization
• Provide insightful information and expectations to senior executives to aid in long-term and short-term decision making
• Recommendation actions by analyzing and interpreting data to make comparative analyses
• Identification of financial status by comparing and analyzing actual results with plans and forecasts.
• Ability to perform ad hoc reports in short time
• Investment analysis for new stores
• Cash control

• Control over payables and receivables; reconciliation of advance payments in the system

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor's and Master degree in finance or accounting.
• Strong Excel skills.
• COINS and GOLD knowledge is an advantage
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards (IFRS)
• ACCA/CFA/FMVA certificate is an advantage
• Ability to review data and make relevant management decisions.
• Strong financial system and business administration understanding.
• Min 5 years of experience in Finance or Accounting departments as a Team  Leader/Lead Accountant
