AMEC is a major Engineering and Construction Company involved in Oil and Gas Projects in Azerbaijan is looking for Civil Design Engineer.

The successful candidates should have:

• Technical diploma with experience in earthworks or municipal engineering design
• Extensive experience in civil design  in oil and gas projects including experience with earthworks
• Strong AutoCAD and/or Micro Station computer skills
• 3D Civil earthworks software capabilities
• Solid understanding of civil engineering design aspects of projects
• Ability to work efficiently and effectively when managing multiple tasks
• Effective communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a multi-disciplinary team environment

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out the following activities:

• Providing civil design and drafting support for facilities and services
• Preparing drawings for site development and earthworks including general grading, ponds, roads, and rail spurs using AutoCAD and/or Micro Station, and PDMS
• Reviewing project documents prior to issue for scope and presentation against project standards and specifications
• Coordinating and working with project team members
