Procurement Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organize tenders for suppliers of goods (grocery and other required goods)
  • Make sure transparent and competitive procurements are conducted and properly documented as required
  • To facilitate bidder debriefings where necessary, and exercises appropriate judgment and tact while ensuring to protect confidential information.
  • To maintain procurement database, like items delivery dates, min-max stock control, standard costs, suppliers infotmation)
  • To co-operate with HODs in terms of specifying technical standards of required items/equipment
  • To ensure no delays with payments to vendors/suppliers
  • To follow procurement SOPs as per company’s internal regulations

Successfull candidate should have:

  • University degree in economics or similar
  • Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience and knowledge in FMCG is desirable
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, knowledge of Russian and English will be an advantage
  • MS Office skills and 1C program
