Caspian Investment and Development Corporation (“CIDC”) is embarking on a major project in the production of fast moving consumer goods and the production of raw materials to facilitate this strategy with the development of a new plant.
The Baku based state of the art manufacturing works requires the assembly of a project team with high skill, proven potential and the ability to drive the vision of CIDC.
Therefore we are seeking a Battery Service Man to join our Company.
The duties will include:
1. Carry out simple and medium repair of different types and volumes of accumulators and battery
2. Reveal damages of battery components and eliminate them
3. Carry out current repair of battery charging set
4. Change electrolyte and implement separation in battery
5. Prepare electrolyte due to specified formulation
6. Assemble and demonstrate battery energy storages elements with correction of joint pieces
7. Remove slime from the elements of working batteries
8. Carry out all works provided for putting accumulators into operation regulation.
9. Maintain records and technical documentation from service and repair of accessories and battery-charging station equipment
Requirements/Skills:
• University Degree (Electro-Mechanical or Automation Engineering)
• Minimum 2-3 years practical experience
• Fluent knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian
• Basis of electro technical knowledge
• Constructional structure and work principles of the one-type battery
• Schematic diagram of charger
• Plate joining rules and their polarity
• Structure of apparatus and devices, which are used during repair and service of battery
• Types of damages, elements of battery and their remedy
• Work methods and technological sequencing of operations during maintenance
• Assemble and repairing of pieces of battery
• Main physical and chemical properties of materials (which are used during battery repair; regula-tion of electrolyte prepare for different types of batteries and accumulators)
• Structure of control-measurement apparatus
