EnerMech is looking for the National Training Instructor

Main Responsibilities & Key Result Areas including Safety Responsibilities

• To deliver Rigger, Rigger Assessment, Banksman/Slinging and other Lifting Related Training Courses (Theory & Practical) to delegates primarily based at EnerMech’s Training Centre in Baku.
• Flexible approach to all Training Requirements.
• Support Training Administrator with Planning of activities
• Provide professional and courteous instruction at all times when representing EnerMech.
• Use Company provided Training Material at all times together with Laptop & Training Presentations/DVD’s whilst on assignments away from base as required.
• Develop and contribute into continuous improvement and development of existing and new course material
• Any other duties as required by Baku Focal Point - Training.

Job Qualifications Experience, Skills & Knowledge
Essential

• Extensive experience as an Offshore  Rigger, Banksman, Lifting Engineer 
Shows aptitude for progression into a training role.
• Must be able to speak clearly in English and deliver EnerMech Course material accurately with Job knowledge and experience
• Recognized training certificates

Preferred
• Either 9DI or A1 & A2 or a similar qualification or willing to be registered with college for ongoing course.
• Previous experience in either Instructor role or Offshore Coach.
