Your daily tasks include:
• Take full ownership of the App and feature development
• You will ensure the product strategy and vision is efficiently communicated and effectively executed
• You organize priorities and strategic de-scoping to achieve rapid feedback cycles by owning and managing your roadmap and product backlog
• Work closely with the Product Designers to improve and develop the product to ensure a delightful user experience
• Put our users at the center by working closely with them to identify their needs, pain points, and jobs-to-be-done
• Together with your product, design, and tech peers, define the project scope and manage the implementation roadmap
• Be a go-to person for all product-related questions
• Manage external and internal stakeholders by proactively communicating, planning, and confirming deliverables and commitments
• Actively monitor and use data to track the success of the products
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in a product management role with a track record of delivering world-class-UX products
• You either have experience and/or pointed curiosity about financial products and B2B relationships
• You are detail-oriented and a systematic thinker who can organize information in a clear and concise manner.
• You have a technical understanding of how internal and external requirements can be best translated into tickets, built, and shipped.
• You are familiar with the agile methodologies or have used them in your projects or at work.
• You are open to demanding challenges, ready to take responsibility with a lot of commitment and you can handle multiple projects at once and work under pressure
• You are a strong team player with a “win together” and growth mindset.
• You have excellent communication skills with the confidence to directly communicate with customers and the internal tech team.
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a plus.
