Responsibilities:
• Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
• Grow the efficiency of existing organizational processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization’s internal capacity
• Maintain and manage all software systems
• Create product presentations
• Lead, motivate, and support a team
• Market research
• Perform and manage call center duties in an efficient, professional and courteous manner
• Answer and implement client requests and questions in a positive and welcoming manner
• Answer any email messages in a prompt and professional manner
• Assist the Director in creating written communications and presentations, including but not limited to the newsletters, articles, flyers and various brochures.
• Manage the advertising sales, editorial content and SMM
• Draft a yearly marketing plan and budget and measure marketing success
• Handle all aspects of the Organization’s social media and web marketing tactics
• Assist the Director with any administrative support and additional requirements that may come up from time to time
Skills and Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in operations management, business administration, tourism or related field
• 3+ years’ proven experience in an operations management position
• Strong budget development and oversight skills
• Excellent ability to delegate responsibilities while maintaining organizational control of operations and customer service
• Highly trained in conflict management and business negotiation processes
• Knowledge of general business software and aptitude to learn new applications; proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point)
• Bilingual communication skills in Azerbaijani and Russian. English is preferred.
