Job description:
• Preparation and submission of all statutory reports in accordance with the tax obligations of the clients
• Manage all Bank and Cash Transactions, day-to-day book keeping -preparing payment orders, expense reports and other related documents
• Input accounting entries to accounting software (1C)
• Payroll preparation
• Preparation of management reports as required
• Maintaining correspondence with Tax and other Authorities
• Preparation of client invoices
• Timely respond any clients’ tax and accounting queries
• Support month-end and year-end close process
• Supervise and lead junior staff
• Performing other daily accounting tasks as per the requirement
Candidate requirements:
• University degree in Finance , Accounting and/or other related business disciplines
• Understanding of Azerbaijan Tax regulations and labor and other relevant legislation of the Republic of Azerbaijan
• Solid knowledge and working experience of MS Office Programs-Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook (advanced level on Excel)
• Good knowledge of 1 C (other accounting software is an advantage)
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in the related filed is required
• Fluency in Azerbaijani, English and Russian
• Professional qualifications an advantage (such as ACCA, CIMA, DipIFR)
• Strong motivation for growth and professional development
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet the deadlines
• Problem-solving and decision- making skills
