1. REQUIREMENTS
The Procurement Specialist should have at minimum:
• Higher education in economics and management
• At least 3 years of experience in project procurement
• Strong analysis, analytics, negotiation, project management skills
• Accuracy
• Ability to communicate
• Ability to work well in MS Office programs
• Strong command of English
