ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES:
• Coordinates and facilitates interaction between contractor, subcontractor, and customer as relates to assessment and reporting of sustainment and transition activities
• Subcontracts Administration, work with internal maintenance database
• Provides minutes or detailed notes to document coordination meeting which take place and actions identified
• Ensures the availability of resources at Institutes in order to support training, maintenance and sustainment activities and works with Institute staff to ensure sustainment supplies are readily available
• Ensures that Preventative Maintenance (PM) and Corrective Maintenance (CM) parts and supplies are either readily available or on order to support maintenance activities at all Institutes
• Initiates Field Material Requisitions (FMR), as required, in order to support Maintenance Management Information System (MMIS) activities
• Acts as Liaison between Science, Startup and Property as relates to availability of maintenance and sustainment parts and supplies.
• Creates and distributes Sustainment and Transition planning reports as required.
• Create, issue and track Work Orders
• Review of Subcontractors document submittals (milestone schedules, maintenance plan and etc.) to ensure compliance to project specifications
• Review and approve Subcontractor’s invoices
• Arrange specialist procurement of fixtures, fittings or components;
• Maintain and update of Laboratory Issue Tracker
• Assisting management in the assessment of project risks and controls
• Develops and tracks project resource plans, including costs, timelines and performance goals.
• Stays up-to-date and follows all procedures related to the job that affect quality of products or services provided to our customers
• Works cross-functionally with colleagues in Engineering, Supply Chain and with Vendors to assess, plan, prioritize staff and drive projects to completion
JOB KNOWLEDGE:
• Experience in the development ofprogram plans, schedules, resource allocation, and in data entry.
• Experience in maintaining / reporting status of program activities while collaborating with employees within the department and across functions.
• Strong customer coordination and presentation skills
• Possesses excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Demonstrated ability to grasp complex issues, independently formulate analysis and proposed solutions, lead people, manage complex activities, manage risks and opportunities, brief issues and represent the company well to the customer.
• Projects a friendly, positive attitude and works cooperatively in a multi-faceted environment; exhibits an ability and desire
• Working knowledge of English, Azerbaijani and Russian languages is a must
• Bachelor's in Engineering would be an advantage
• Must be IT capable in Microsoft Office tools
