The role

The successful candidate will:

● Preparation and signing of labour contracts (amendments to them) and other documentations for local and foreign staff
● Registration of labour contracts (amendments/terminations) in the E-gov system
● Documentation of employees HSE trainings
● Arranging for employees’ mandatory insurance against accidents at work and professional diseases
● Preparation of personnel orders such as sick and maternity leave, vacation, business trip, etc
● Preparation of time sheets
● Maintenance of internal record-keeping journals
● Coordination with payroll team timely payment of various allowances

What we are looking for

● Good knowledge of labor legislation
● Proven ability to work independently and take initiative
● Agility to learn and demonstrate client service excellence
● Good knowledge of E-gov system
● Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Power Point
● Excellent communication skills in English and Azerbaijani
● Excellent command of written English and Azerbaijani
● Good communication and interpersonal skills
● Minimum 2 years of experience in HR documentation
